On Wednesday the 21st of September the ty's went to the National Ploughing Championship, which is Europe's largest outdoor event. We left the school at 7am and I'm sure most of us weren't happy about the early start but still off we went on our long trip to Tullamore. As soon as we got off the bus we all made a dash to find where the carnival was after what seemed like hours of searching a few of my friends and I finally found it. After the carnival, we went round all the stalls looking at all the tractors, cars, food, animals, and plenty more stuff. By the end of the day we were all ready for bed we couldn't wait to get home and luckily we had just missed the rain. The day was a great experience and I really recommend going next year.
