It was really good and it was really relaxing. I really enjoyed it. In the classes we got two yoga mats each and put them on top of each other on the ground. Then we got a pillow and a blanket and we laid down on the mats and closed our eyes. The teacher would talk to us in the background telling us to let fo of our worries and we could fall asleep. We did that for 35-40 minutes. Then we did some stretches and tapping for 30 minutes and then we laid back down to relax fir the rest of the class.
